Ferrari provides a further opportunity to customize the interior of your vehicle: alutex.  Alutex is a carbon variant and characterizes the aesthetic layer of the composite- that is normally visible to the customer.  The treatment sees the top layer subjected to alienization, which gives the distinctive look to the components made using this technology.  This process embodies the compactness and external wear resistance standards typical of products made from visible carbon fiber.
